Selective Demolition

Concrete Grinding & Slab Preparation

• Surface Grinding: Smoothing uneven concrete surfaces and removing high spots for proper floor leveling.
• Adhesive & Coating Removal: Complete removal of mastics, thinset, glue, epoxy, paint, and other floor adhesives.
• Slab Preparation: Floor prep for tile, carpet, hardwood, epoxy, or vinyl installations — clean, flat, and bond-ready.
• Edge & Detail Grinding: Precision grinding in corners, near walls, and around floor penetrations.

We use industrial-grade grinders, dustless vacuum systems, and high-efficiency tooling to ensure smooth, level, and contaminant-free concrete surfaces ready for any new finish.

Hazardous Material Abatement

• Asbestos Removal: Certified to complete TYPE 1, TYPE 2, and TYPE 3 Abatement
• Mold Remediation: Safe and thorough removal of mold following Levels 1 through 3
• Lead Paint Removal: Controlled removal and disposal of lead-containing paints and coatings.

Site Protection & Clean Work Zones

• Dust Containment Systems: Setup of poly barriers, negative air machines, and HEPA filters for clean environments.
• Site Protection: Floor protection, surface wrapping, and debris control to safeguard surrounding areas.
